  • We currently offer shipping across Canada and select international locations.
  • Standard shipping typically requires 3–10 business days from the time of dispatch.
  • Expedited options may be available at checkout and are subject to third-party carrier availability.

3. Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has been dispatched.
  • Tracking may not reflect real-time status updates in remote areas or during carrier transitions.

4. Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs inspections, incorrect address input, or failed delivery attempts.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order.
  • Miami Nightz shall not be liable for misdeliveries resulting from errors in address submission.

II. RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of the products sold—particularly those categorized under men’s health, including but not limited to erectile dysfunction (ED) supplements, consumables, or performance enhancersMiami Nightz maintains a strict No Returns, No Refunds, and No Exchanges policy. This is non-negotiable and applies under all circumstances, including:

  • Dissatisfaction with results
  • Change of mind
  • Unopened or unused product
  • Adverse or allergic reactions
  • Incorrect product ordered

NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

2. Health & Safety Compliance

  • Our policy is in full compliance with Health Canada, FDA, and applicable international regulatory standards concerning the resale, reuse, or redistribution of consumable health and wellness products.
  • Once a product leaves our facility, we are unable to verify whether it has been stored or handled in a sanitary or temperature-controlled environment.

3. Risk Acknowledgment & Liability Waiver

III. DAMAGES, DEFECTS & LOST SHIPMENTS

1. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives visibly damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@miaminightz.is with:
    • A full description of the issue
    • Clear photos or video evidence
    • Your order number and full name

Note: Notification does not imply qualification for replacement or compensation. Requests will be reviewed at our sole discretion. All determinations are final.

2. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for filing claims with the carrier (e.g., Canada Post, USPS, DHL).
  • We recommend choosing a secure delivery location and monitoring tracking updates.

IV. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the customs, import laws, and tax obligations in their country.
  • We are not responsible for packages held, delayed, or confiscated by customs.
  • No refunds will be issued for international shipments refused or returned due to non-compliance with import laws.
